Nine of those years were FMCG, at Unilever and Danone. P&L owner thinking from the start: product launches, market share, promotional planning, the numbers that move a brand. Then five years at Tesco Mobile taking a challenger brand and making it genuinely credible. Market share went from 4.0% to 8.2%. Briefing creative, working with agencies, adjusting fast when something didn't land.
These days I'm getting genuinely fluent with AI as a working tool. Not a career pivot. More a sharpening of how I already work. I've been building real things in Claude: this site, an HCP omnichannel maturity scorecard, a campaign brief generator. Building something is still the fastest way I know to learn it.
